Willamette Park (off S.W. Macadam)
We gather by a flowing body of water to take stock, cast out our misdeeds and begin to be cleansed. Tashlich is a short ritual: a bit of music, an intention or prayer, and (this year) the sounding of the shofar. Then we go to do our individual casting away into the river. Those who participate must wear masks, keep 8 feet from others not in their household/germpod and RSVP by September 14 so that we can maintain maximum 25 people in each ritual and let you know of any plan changes; please do not come without RSVP. You can bring a percussion or other instrument if you like; we will not be singing. Thanks for helping us all stay safe.
