Chaired by Ben Walters, the Safety Committee works with Havurah's Office & Facilities Manager to develop policies, promote safe practices, make safety improvements to the building, and develop our community’s knowledge and skills with regard to safety.

Join Havurah Teens on Martin Luther King, Jr Day to assemble support packages for families affected by ICE raids. We will also watch a movie about King's work with the Sanitation Workers' Union. A pizza lunch will be provided! This event is for Havurah Shalom teens. We look forward to seeing you! -

Just for Havurah members, our Mahjong Group is a fun, social activity that builds community, encouraging new friendships and cementing old ones. And while some of us may play elsewhere as well, we all agreed that restoring its place as an ongoing congregational activity will be a good fit for Havurah and those of us who play or want to learn the game. -
