All Havurah Shalom members are invited to attend our annual congregational meeting. We encourage you to join in person, if you are able. (Childcare will be provided at Havurah.) You are also very welcome to join via Zoom.

Do you get emails asking you to contact your elected official, but don’t find the few minutes it takes to call or email them? Looking to connect with other Havurahniks? We have the solution. Together, by Zoom, we’ll eat lunch, chat, and spend a few minutes taking our political action. From climate change to social justice, we’ll have info on who to call or write. The Havurah Ma’avar Committee is offering a seven-session (Wednesdays, June 14 to July 26) grief process-support group for Havurah members. Chaplain Candi Wuhrman will facilitate the group with a focus on the dying experience, the impact of the relationship, the things unsaid, making peace within ourselves, and continuing the relationship after death. This is open to Havurah members at any stage and with any type of grief. It will be limited to eight to ten participants.

An in-depth look at the weekly Torah reading, led by congregants. No prior knowledge or study is necessary. At Havurah Shalom and in Zoom Room Bet. In April 2025, Multi-Synagogue Torah Study will again be held on the third Shabbat morning (third Saturday) of the month**
