Join Rachel's Well Community Mikvah and the Mittleman Jewish Community Center in this 3-part workshop including sessions on the mikvah, mindfullness/yoga and mindful eating. For female-identifying middle schoolers & their female-identifying parent/special adult. Takes place at Mittleman Jewish Community Center.
