As is our custom, we will connect with each other through music, discussion, learning, and a little food for those attending in person. This event is for members only. Childcare will be provided at Havurah.

Zoom instructions for those attending virtually — We will be meeting in person and via Zoom, but the process will be a little different than usual for the Zoom attendees. 

• When you sign into Room Aleph, you’ll find yourself in a waiting room. After a short wait, you’ll be moved into Room Aleph proper.  
• If you have difficulty gaining entry to the meeting or are experiencing difficulties with your Zoom interface, please call Rachel Pollak at (503) 248-4662, ext. 2. Leave a message and she’ll respond to you in order of contact. 
• Due to the hybrid nature of the meeting, we ask that virtual attendees pose any questions in the chat box. Someone will be monitoring the chat and they will provide the facilitators with the questions. 
• Your first and last name must be clearly identified in the Zoom session (not something like "My iPad"), or you won't be able to stay in the meeting.  
• If you dial in on your phone or via a landline, you will not be able to vote using the Zoom poll, but you can email your vote to info@havurahshalom.org. 
• According to our bylaws, voting is limited to two people per household who are older than 18 years. If there are two persons in a household who want to vote virtually, each person should log in to the meeting independently on their own devices and vote on each device. If you are in the same room, please have audio disabled on one device to avoid the feedback issues.
