The retreat is the opportunity to collectively (all of Steering, Committee Chairs and Staff) look at the programming year ahead. 
We will be discussing congregational issues/goals, have time for committee chairs to make connections for collaborations on particular programs,begin calendaring and discuss our budgeting timeline.
