As one of the 24 member institutions of the Metropolitan Alliance for Common Good, you have an opportunity to participate in MACG Leadership Institute at no cost. MACG is dedicated to building a base of everyday citizen leaders to build strong institutions and effectively stand for the social change that we want. The MACG organizing model is based on building internal and external relationships within an organization. The training will focus on organizing that includes tools and techniques for relationship building and organizing skills. Relationships form the basis of building leaders within institutions and engaging people systematically in a culture that is relational, action-oriented and reflective. Strong leadership creates strong and effective institutions. We want a good turnout from Havurah members. There will be opportunities to learn about other institutions; the training is open to other MACG institutions.
