Rabbi Benjamin will be teaching with Rabbis Yael Levy and Joshua Boettiger.

What are the habits and thoughts that generate confusion, constriction and fear—in our lives and in the world—and how can we uproot them? What are the taproots that connect us to the true source and callings of our lives and how can we nurture them? In this precarious time, these questions and practices feel more vital than ever.

While our contact will be through technology, we will build a very real community of retreat. There will be a detailed schedule to hold and guide us, including: sitting and walking meditation, prayer, chanting, teachings, instructions and check-ins with teachers. While we recognize that life circumstances are complicated and that some of us may be pulled away in moments, we are asking that everyone make a committed effort to treat these days as immersive retreat time. This will strengthen the experience for ourselves and each other.
