Staffing
Staffing
As Havurah continues to grow, our staffing needs have increased. Members recognize that administrative needs and support for volunteers are priorities. The following chart shows other areas that survey respondents identified as needing attention from Havurah leaders.
The survey also asked specific questions about adding staff. The following chart shows where respondents felt new staff should be focused. Respondents overwhelmingly agreed that Havurah leadership should determine which staff positions should be created and filled. We now have a Staffing Task Force focused on this work.
Additional staff will of course add to our financial needs. Survey respondents were also asked about their willingness to pay increased dues to support new staff. This chart shows their responses.

This project will be at Hazelnut Grove, a self-governed tiny house village. We will build planter boxes for the community and assist with any other work the residents of Hazelnut Grove ask us to help with.
