Welcome to Havurah Shalom!
Havurah Shalom is a vibrant, diverse, participatory Jewish community steeped in spirituality, learning, and acts of social responsibility. We welcome people of all ages, identities, abilities, and backgrounds. As a part of the Reconstructing Judaism movement, we envision a just and compassionate world where creative Jewish living and learning guide us toward lives of holiness, meaning, and purpose. Our members work together to promote Jewish spirituality, learning, and social action. We invite you to join us for Shabbat services, holiday celebrations, and educational opportunities.

High Holidays at Havurah Shalom are free, ticketless, and open to all. Come join with our community in person or online. Service schedules, video links, and information about Tzedakah projects, Tashlich, childcare, break fast, passenger loading, and more can be found on our High Holidays page.

Just for Havurah members, our Mahjong Group is a fun, social activity that builds community, encouraging new friendships and cementing old ones. And while some of us may play elsewhere as well, we all agreed that restoring its place as an ongoing congregational activity will be a good fit for Havurah and those of us who play or want to learn the game. -
