Dear Havurah Community:

Many of you have been involved in the various long range planning processes that have occurred at Havurah over the past several years. Throughout all of these processes, significant needs have been identified to support our growing and vibrant congregation. While we continue to value being a participatory community, we have decided to hire additional staff to support our community. This process has been in line with our participatory nature and has involved discussions with all staff and leadership. A couple of years ago, conversations started about staffing needs and last year the Staffing DTF (Disappearing Task Force) was created to take this topic on. The group consists of Lisa Cordova, Education Lead, Janet Byrd, Treasurer, Chris Coughlin, Tikkun Olam Lead, and Julia Lager-Mesulam, Vice President. 
 
The position we are posting is a Program Director. This position will be a member of Havurah's leadership team along with the Rabbi and Education Director. The Program Director will supervise program and operational staff and will play a key role specifically in all education programs, Tikkun Olam, and holiday planning.
