Weekly Email Submission Form

The deadline to submit information for Havurah's weekly Wednesday email is Tuesday at noon. Please limit your community email post to 75 words. If you also want these events to appear on the Havurah calendar, please check the box at the end of the form.

Also, please make sure to follow the Havurah Guidelines for Communications. Only posts about Havurah-related events or committees can be included in the top section and only if space allows. Events and information for external organizations will be listed in section of the email that is further down.

Please choose a starting date for your post. Due to length concerns, we cannot run anything for more than 2 weeks ahead of time if it's a one-time event. Classes or workshops will be able to run a month ahead of time. There is a maximum limit of 3 appearances in the weekly email.
Note that the final placement decision is at Havurah staff's discretion.
Please enter dates and times in this format: Thursday, Oct. 24, 7-8:30 pm
It's also helpful if you specify the location's name and exact address.
Please type it out in a word-processing document beforehand so your description isn't lost in the case of a failed submission or internet connection issue.
