Can You Bring Something to Eat or Drink this Saturday?

Tip: A Starbucks near Havurah is at NW Lovejoy & 21st. You should call ahead so the coffee traveller is ready for a 9:30 or 9:45 am pickup. It costs $15, and you will need to pay when you pick it up. Please keep your receipt if you'd like the Spiritual Life Committee to reimburse you. The number for this Starbucks is 503-224-9686.
Tip: You can buy a one-pound, 8 oz twin-pack from Costco for about $16. You'll want to open just one of the packs initially and use the second pack as backup. Separate the pieces and slice each one into thirds for easy use. Please keep your receipt if you'd like Havurah's Spiritual Life Committee to reimburse you.
Tip: The lemons should be sliced and placed near or on the plate of lox.
Tip: Tomatoes should be sliced, sandwich-ready.
Tip: It's best to bring fruit that is easy to eat, such as grapes, apples, cherries, or small citrus like clementines, if in season.
Tip: Please bring 1-2 1/2-gallons of orange or apple juice.

For our July 7 Text & Torah, Arleen Slive is bringing gluten-free baked goods, and Adele Thompson has checked our supplies to be sure we have plenty of cream cheese and capers in the kitchen refrigerator. We also have plenty of bagels.

Remember, you can be reimbursed for your purchase by the Spiritual Life Committee. You'll find a reimbursement form linked to our "Planning an Activity" web page, which you can print and complete. Just be sure to attach your receipt to the form. Or you can make your contribution a donation, if you wish.

If you sign up for something that another person has already offered to bring, Teri Ruch will contact you to see if you'd like to bring something else instead.

Thank you for making our Shabbat nosh complete!
