Transparency Committee Survey

The newly formed Transparency and Inclusivity Committee hopes you will complete this survey to help inform our work. The purpose of this committee is to address and monitor policies and procedures to ensure transparency of governance decisions and allow for greater communication between members and governance, and amongst members, so that every congregant feels like a valued member. 

Every year congregants have questions about how Havurah works and how decisions are made.  For example, some people wonder how members join a committee, or how one gets an Aliyah at High Holidays, or how the budget is made or….

We’d like to create an easily accessible process for members to have their questions and/or concerns addressed.
