All genders and all ages welcome to contribute. The Pesach Haggadah and Passover itself are all about liberation from a kind of enslavement. And this formative story has been understood and re-understood in light of whatever kind of constriction or enslavement the people celebrating it are concerned with, for a few thousand years now. Feminist and gender-related Haggadot flowered in the 1980s, and since, we have liberated ourselves from the constrictions of gender roles and assumptions, and from sexism. Many of us have been a part of this in some way or have incorporated these conversations into our seders.

During these seven weeks of Counting the Omer, the period linking Pesach with Shavuot, our Tuesday meditation will focus on the sefirot, or qualities, associated with each week.
