We are thrilled to let you know that Andi Bales Molnar will begin at Havurah on Monday, Nov. 27, as Havurah Program Director. This position was identified long ago as critical to supporting our growing community and contributing to a sustainable organizational infrastructure for staff, lay leaders, and members of Havurah. Remodeling is happening currently in the Gan room to create an office for Andi as well as to modify the Kerem classroom for Shabbat School.

Andi will play a significant role in supporting programming across Havurah, particularly in our Education Programs and Tikkun Olam cluster. She will be taking on the tasks of the ACE (Assistant Coordinator of Education), in addition to other congregation-wide program support functions. You will see her at Shabbat School, Middle School, various committee meetings and during normal office hours. She will take on supervision of program and operational staff, which has previously been the responsibility of our lay leadership. Havurah co-presidents will continue to provide supervision to our Rabbi and Education Director, as well as our new Program Director.

Please stop by, introduce yourself and get to know her. Andi will spend much of her first few weeks meeting with staff, Steering members and committee leads to get a deeper understanding of how we function at Havurah. As this is a new position, it will evolve over time. Any questions let us know.
