Those of us who were part of the six week class last winter on Privilege and Equity would love you to join us, as we meet the evenings of Aug. 3 (Thursday night) and Sept. 13 (Wednesday night), to come together in small groups around the options and next steps for beginning our work.

Havurah will begin musical preparation for the Yamim Noraim in earnest the week of Aug. 21, when the new month of Elul begins, taking the next weeks to sing and feel the rhythms of the upcoming holidays. The first couple of sessions will occur on Wednesday nights, and we will expand to accommodate anyone interested who is unable to make those times. The logistics of B’nai Mitzvah planning and setup at Havurah will be addressed by Havurah’s Office & Facilities Manager, Rachel Pollak. This class has been postponed until further notice. A new date will be announced.
